If your request is a general work order (such as building repairs) it will be processed in one-two business days after receipt of the request; work orders are typically completed within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that lists are compiled for the following items and addressed as a combined group: shrub removal/replacement lawn issues/grading, tree removal/trimming, brick repair, concrete repair, and asphalt repair.
